Sales Development Representative (Remote)

GetThru is hiring a Sales Development Representative to play a crucial role on our small but mighty sales team. This person will focus on expanding the reach of our best-in-class P2P texting and phone calling tools across multiple markets: politics, advocacy, education, non-profits, and more. The position will report to the VP of Sales, and offers salary plus bonus, profit-sharing, competitive benefits, and participation in an employee stock option pool. 


As a Sales Development Representative you will:

  • Conducting market research to identify new leads
  • Establish active communication and engagement via email, phone, video, and text with prospects to create new leads and book product demos
  • Support clients in setup and implementation of GetThru tools


The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Experience with software sales operations

  • Highly organized and able to manage complex  operations involving multiple lists, tools, and elements

  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with phone, screen-share, and in-person presentations

  • Experience or openness to working remotely

  • Ability to travel occasionally

This is a remote position. Work from anywhere in U.S. time zones as long as you have excellent internet connection and the work gets done.   


  • $50K - $60K base salary, depending on experience

  • Additional compensation from bonuses and participation in profit-sharing pool

  • Participation in employee stock option pool

  • 3 weeks of vacation time in year 1 and 2, with increases thereafter
