Sales Manager - Education and Non-Profits (Remote)

Preferable Location: United States   |   Full time

The Position 

GetThru is hiring a Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team. This person will focus on expanding the reach of our tools among educational and non-profit clients: colleges and universities, charities, advocacy groups, and more. The position offers salary plus profit-sharing, competitive benefits, and participation in an employee stock option pool. 

Responsibilities 

  • Respond to incoming requests for information

  • Schedule and lead product demos  

  • Conduct research and outreach to educational institutions and non-profit organizations.

  • Track and follow up on sales interactions

  • Attend conferences for networking, presenting with client partners and to staff exhibition booths

  • Support clients in setup and implementation of GetThru tools

Qualifications 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 

  • Experience with software sales or related work that can translate to sales

  • A demonstrated interest and involvement in the education and/or non-profit space, especially in advancement/fundraising.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with phone, screen-share, and in-person presentations

  • Experience or openness to working remotely

Location 

This is a remote position. Work from anywhere in U.S. time zones as long as you have excellent Internet and the work gets done.   

Compensation

  • $60k - $80k total compensation, including participation in profit-sharing pool

  • Health / dental / vision benefits competitive with similarly situated companies

  • Participation in employee stock option pool

  • 3 weeks of vacation time in year 1 and 2, with increases thereafter
